ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS

Merle Lyon was recognized at our Annual Installation Dinner for his 60 years of dedicated service to the Department. Merle served as Fire Chief for 18 years and was the innovator who moved the station into the modern era of firefighting through his focus on training and the upgrading of equipment and apparatus to the standards of the day, and beyond. The standing ovation Merle received from all in the banquet hall was a testament to what he contributed not only to our department but to the entire North Pocono area.

Well done Merle and THANK YOU!
