Rescue 15 was dispatched to Route 348 for a motor vehicle accident. One male was transported to an area hospital.

Station 15 along with other units in the North Pocono area were dispatched to St. Mary's VIlla for an automatic fire alarm. It was determined that a resident pulled the false alarm.

Station 15 was requested by Area 29 to standby in out area while they operated on a structure fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to the intersection of Route 435 and Route 348 for a motor vehicle accident.

Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched to assist area 29 on a working structure fire, located on Cortez Road. After initial units arrived on scene it was determined the fire was in Lake Ariel and Station 15 units were placed back into service.

Station 15 was asked to go out on an investigation of low hanging wires. The location of the low wires were on Blue Shutters Road.

Tanker 15 was dispatched to assist Luzerne County at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport for a plane inbound with landing gear problems. There were 13 people on board the plane. The plane landed safely

Station 15 was dispatched to Elmwood Drive in Elmwood Estates for a possible dryer fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to mile marker 24 southbound on Interstate 380 for a motor vehicle accident.

Station 15 was dispatched to a reported car into a lake along the Elmhurst Blvd. After arriving and searching the scene crews found the patient alert and conscious outside of the water.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to a motor vehicle rollover on route 435 near GC Smith Street in Elmhurst. Rescue crews provided scene safety and traffic control. Moscow Ambulance transported one male to the hospital.  

-August 15th 23:03
Station 15 was dispatched to mile marker 24 on Interstate 380 Southbound for a reported vehicle fire. It was discovered that there was no vehicle fire.

-July 29th 17:10
Rescue 15 was dispatched to Route 307 between Smith Road and Homestead Drive for a motor vehicle accident. The car left the roadway, went into the woods, and down an embankment. Upon the arrival of Rescue 15 all of the patients were safely out of the vehicle and in the hands of Covington, Moscow, and Lackawanna Ambulance crews. All patients were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Crews from Rescue 15 provided scene safety and traffic control throughout the duration of the incident.

Rescue 15 was dispatched this morning to Blue Shutters Road near Beechwood Drive for a motor vehicle roll-over. The driver of the vehicle struck a trailer parked on the side of the road causing him to flip. Crews provided scene safety and cleaned up spilled fluids.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to mile marker 3.8 westbound on Interstate 84 for a motor vehicle rollover


-July 18th 23:11

Crews were awaken late Sunday night for an automatic fire alarm at the Elmhurst Country Club. The alarm was coming from the men's locker room. After responding and investigating crews found the alarm being a faulty trip.

Station 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 and mile marker 6 for a brush fire along the roadway

Station 15 was dispatched to mile marker 3 on Interstate 380 southbound for a van fully engulfed with fire. Crews worked and knocked down the fire quickly.

Station 15 was dispatched to Windsor Hills for an Automatic Fire Alarm.

Rescue 15 along with Station 7 EMS were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment on Route 348 below Windsor Hill. Rescue 15 arrived to find a Jeep Cherokee rolled over into the woods with 2 adults & 1 child traped inside. Crews removed the roof and doors to extricate the victims. Station 15 was assisted by crews from 29 Rescue and Medics from Lackawanna Ambulance.

Station 15 and other mutual aid companies were dispatched to 122 Highland Road in the Summit Woods Development for an automatic fire alarm. Crews arrived on scene along with the homeowners and scanned the whole house and found no fire.
-July 7th 23:15
Station 15 was dispatched for thier ATV & rescue trailer to assist Station 6, Dunmore, for a possible search and off road rescue. Just after assembling crews, all victims were accounted for and units placed back in service.

Station 15's tones were set of for a fire alarm at St. Mary's Villa. The fire alarm was accidentally set off, placing all units back into service.

Station 15 was dispatched to Fawn Drive in Roaring Brook Township for an automatic fire alarm activation. Many units from the North Pocono area responded to this incident. The alarm was an accidental trip. 

- June 28th 
Station 15 was dispatched to assist Station 7 with an activated smoke alarm on Gardner Road in Moscow Borough.  Roaring Brook Twp Police arrived at  the address which was actually located in Elmhurst. Contractors working set off the alarms. Please make sure your alarm company has your correct address and your address is clearly visible on your house.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to a reported pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Crews found the patient up and walking around upon thier arrival. Station 7 EMS also responded.

Station 15 was dispatched to a reported brush fire seen from the Interstate.

Station 15 was dispatched along with many other units from the North Pocono area to St. Mary's Villa for an automatic fire alarm. The cause of the alarm was lint burning in the dryer, creating a smokey haze which set of the fire alarms.

Engine 15 was asked to assist Wayne County units on and automatic fire alarm at the Hamlin Elementary Center. Before leaving the station Engine 15 was placed back into service. 

-June 6th 14:09 
Rescue 15 responded to Route 435 at the Fairview Cemetery for a motor vehicle accident. The single car involved left the roadway, flipped, and landed in a creek. Crews from Rescue 15 and Rescue 7 worked on the incident.

Station 15 was dispatched to the Interstate 380/84 split for a pick-up truck on fire. After crews from Engine 15, Rescue 15, and Ambulance 7-8 searched for the vehicle it was not found.

Station 15 was dispatched to Route 435 in front of the Elmhurst Twist and Shake for approximately 5 quarts of oil spilled. Crews quickly got the oil cleaned up and provided scene safety.

Station 15 was dispatched to assist the police department in looking for a lost boy in the woods. Crews searched on foot and by ATV. Within the first hour of searching the boy was found unharmed.

Station 15 was dispatched to St. Mary's Villa for an automatic fire alarm. Before arriving on scene crews were told it was an accidental pull by a resident.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to route 435 near the Y-Knot for a two car motor vehicle accident.

Station 15 was dispatched for a reported bus fire on Rt 84 east at mile marker 6. Rescue 15 and Tanker 15 along with Chief 15 responded to find a disabled school bus with engine problems. Members set up scene safety while we waited for PSP. Comm Center also called command to report a fully envoled vehicle fire just past the bus incident. R-15  and T-15 responded and found a tractor trailer with a blown engine turbo.

Station 15 was dispatched to Gardner Road for a tree blocking the roadway. Rescue and Engine 15 responded to clear the road.

Once again Engine, Tanker, and Rescue 15 were dispatched to Tall Trees for an automatic fire alarm in a different building. Crews determined it was a alarm malfunction.

Engine, Tanker, and Rescue 15 were dispatched to Tall Trees apartment complex in Dunmore for a possible structure fire. After crews arrived on scene, they reported no fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to the split of Interstate 84 and 380 for a motorcycle accident. The rider was not seriously injured.

Rescue and Chief 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 eastbound at mile marker 5 for a vehicle that hit debris in the road and was leaking fuel.

Rescue 15 was dispatched once again to Route 435 towards Dunmore for a car into an embankment. This accident occurred about 1/4 of a mile from the previous one.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to Route 435 just past the Route 348 intersection towards Dunmore for a motor vehicle accident. The car went down a 15 foot embankment into a pole.

Station 15 was dispatched to another brush fire off of Griffin Road. The location of this fire was near the one yesterday. Crews worked on this incident for over two hours.

Station 15 was dispatched to respond to a confirmed brush fire. The fire was located in the area between Jug Handle road off of Route 435 and Griffin Road.

Station 15 was dispatched to Route 307 near Blue Shutters Road for a reported brush fire. Upon initial units arriving on scene it was reported to be just a rubbish fire.

Rescue and Brush Truck 15 were dispatched for a reported ATV accident. Station 7 EMS also responded to assist with medical to the two injured patients. The location of the accident was in the woods off of Route 307.

Station 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 at mile marker 6 westbound for a reported tractor trailer fire. Upon arriving on scene there was a smoke condition but no fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 eastbound at mile marker 6 for a one car motor vehicle accident. There was one patient with minor injuries.

Station 15 along with many other units in the surrounding area were dispatched to Windsor Hills for a residential fire alarm. Upon arriving on scene and investigating the scene all units were returned to service due to no actual fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on I-84 westbound.

Around 17:00 hrs,Rescue 15 and Station 7 EMS were dispatched to Interstate 84 for a reported motor vehicle accident. Pa State Police requested EMS only.Chief 15 had the Rescue 15 standby at the Interstate entrance while he investigated. The patient refused treatment and all units cleared. 

-April 3rd 6:30am
Station 15 was dispatched to assist Wayne County Station 67, Hamlin, for smoke in the building at the Comfort Inn. Engine 15 left with a crew of 8. Upon asking command for our assignment, we were placed back in service. Burnt food was the culprit.
-April 2
Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched to a reported working structure fire at Eagle Lake in Area 14, Covington. Station 15 apparatus responded with 9 firefighters but were returned after 14 Command determined we were not needed due to a furnace problem.

-April 1st -Back to Back Calls for Station 15
Around 5:00pm, Engine 15 was dispatched to assist Station  6, Dunmore, to a reported working structure fire. Engine 15 initially was sent to standby at headquarters but was then sent to the scene to establish an additional water supply. Eight firefighters staffed the engine. 
 
Tanker 15 was dispatched to West Street in Elmhurst Township for a reported illegal burn. Upon arriving, crews found a pile of rubbish  along with several tires burning in the woods. Crews operated for about 30 minutes extinguishing the fire.

Station 15 was dispatched to a faulty trip of the fire alarm at St. Mary's Villa.

-March 30th
Due to the quick coming of the ice, snow, sleet, and rain storm, Rescue 15 stayed busy. The Rescue was dispatched to many motor vehicle accidents. Most occurred on Route 307. There were also accidents on the Interstate which required the Rescue's attention.

Station 15 was dispatched to assist on an automatic commercial fire alarm in Wayne County at the Penn Star Bank.

Station 15 was dispatched to St. Mary's Villa for an automatic fire alarm. The alarm was set off by accident.

Station 15 was dispatched to Windsor Hills for an automatic fire alarm call.

Rescue and Chief 15 were dispatched to the intersection of Blue Shutters Road and Elmhurst Boulevard for a motor vehicle accident. All patients were self-extricated from the vehicles. Rescue 15 provided scene safety and traffic control.

-March 14th 8:30
Station 15 was dispatched to an automatic fire alarm. The homeowner reported a false trip and he was trying to reset the alarm. Deputy Chief Motichka held all units at the station as he went in on the investigation. After investigating and finding no fire, all units were placed back into service.

-March 11th 9:00
After a long break from riding the fire trucks, crews were up and active this morning. A two car motor vehicle accident took place on State Route 435 right near Pennstar Bank. Moscow EMS obtained three refusals. Rescue 15 cleaned up fluids and provided traffic control. Chief Hoover had command on this incident.

Station 15 was dispatched to St. Mary's Villa for an automatic fire alarm. Upon investigation there was no real fire and all units were placed back into service.

-February 25th 16:43
Rescue and Chief 15 were dispatched the the intersection of Rt. 348 and Rt. 435 for a motor vehicle accident. Upon PD arrival the vehicle was just disabled. 

-February 23rd 16:20
Station 15 was dispatched to an automatic fire alarm at St. Mary's Villa. All units were put back in service due to the false alarm.

-February 19th 1:00
As crews were at the station from the earlier call another came in. This one was a reported vehicle fire in Interstate 380 Northbound. Station 15 searched the Interstate but found no vehicle.

-February 19th 12:30
Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched to a reported structure fire in Jefferson Township. Just before rolling out of the station both units were canceled and placed back in service.

-February 16th 12:20
Chief and Rescue 15 along with Station 7 EMS were dispatched to a motor vehicle rollover on route 590 near Golf Club Road. All occupants were self extricated. Just before leaving the station Rescue 15 was dispatched to a second motor vehicle accident involving a tree at the intersection of Blue Shutters Road and Birch Drive. Rescue 15 and Ambulance 14-9 went to the Blue Shutters accident while Rescue 7 and 7 EMS went to route 590. Reports state that all patients refused medical treatment. Both Rescues stayed on scene for scene safety and the clean up of fluids.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to the intersection of Watertank Road and St. Mary's Villa Road in Elmhurst for a car into a tree. The patient was self extricated.

-February 14th 18:00
Rescue 15 was dispatched to State Route 307 near Homestead Drive for a 2 car motor vehicle accident. Two patients were taken to the hospital for minor injuries. One refused medical treatment.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to a two car accident on State Route 435. The accident was minor but crews were needed for traffic control.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to the Interstate 380/84 split for a motor vehicle accident. There was one patient injured at this accident and was taken to the hospital.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to Interstate 380 at mile marker 24 for a car that struck the bridge. After arriving on scene, it was determined that the incident was located in Dunmore, and fire/rescue services were not needed.

-February 10th 20:00
Rescue 15 was dispatched to State Route 590 in Elmhurst for a car down an embankment. Chief 15 arrived on scene first. The patient was not hurt and Chief 15 placed Rescue 15 back into service before responding. 

-February 4th  
Rescue 15 along with Rescue 7 responded to a SUV rollover on Interstate 380. Two people were confined in this car. Crews operated to extricate them and they were then taken to the hospital. 

-January 31st 10:20
Rescue 15 was dispatched to State Route 435 for a vehicle into a pole. There was one patient who became unconscious due to the accident. The pole hit became sheered in half and wires fell to the ground.  

-January 30th 5:19 
Rescue 15 was dispatched to assist Madisonville on a treadmill on fire inside the residence. 

-January 29th 1:59
Rescue 15 was dispatched to the intersection of Blue Shutters Road and the Elmhurst Blvd. for a truck into a tree. The cause of the accident was black ice.

-January 27th 17:41
Tanker 15 was dispatched to assist on a residential fire alarm. All units were asked to hold at their station when Comm Center received the proper password from the alarm company. Following this an investigation was commenced. After this investigation resulted in no fire found all units were placed back into service.

-January 21st 13:36
Rescue 15 was dispatched to Blue Shutters Road right under the Interstate 380 bridges for a motor vehicle accident. Chief 15 placed Rescue 15 back into service before responding due to the accident being very minor.

-January 20th 22:42
Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched to respond to McAndrew Road for a reported chimney fire. At first the call was thought to be in Moscow, but upon arrival by Moscow Police it was determined that the call was in Roaring Brook Twp. Police also confirmed heavy smoke coming from the chimney. After realizing the fire was in Roaring Brook Twp, Chief 15 requested the response of Rescue 15. Crews worked greatly together from all over the North Pocono area to extinguish the fire.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to Reservoir Road in Madisonville to assist on a Chimney Fire. 

-January 17th
Rescue 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 for a motor vehicle accident.

-January 17th 11:35
Rescue and Chief 15 along with ambulances 7-8 and 7-9 were dispatched to State Route 348 for a vehicle rollover. Upon arriving on scene there was one self-extricated patient with no injuries. 

-January 14th 15:40
Engine 15 was dispatched to assist Moscow on an automatic fire alarm at Moscow Elementary Center. Engine 15 was asked to hold at the station and was later returned to service for the faulty trip. 

-January 13th 2:09
Early this morning Station 15 was dispatched to Interstate 84 at mile marker 4 east bound for a possible tractor trailer fire carrying fertilizer. 

-January 6th 
Shortly after 9:30am this morning, Engine 15, Tanker 15 and other mutual aid companies were dispatched for a 2nd alarm assist to Covington Twp. for a reported structure fire on Rte.435 . The fire occurred at  the home of Ace Economy Roofing. Crews performed an initial attack before switching to a defensive operation. Crews operated well into the afternoon on this frigid day. Thank you to the Red Cross for providing refreshments and also to Area 29 who provided standby coverage.

-January 5th 15:30
Station 15 was dispatched to the Elmhurst Country Club for an automatic fire alarm. The cause of the alarm was an accident.

January 4th
Engine 15 was dispatched to assist area 29 on a working wood shed fire. The shed was attached to a house. Before arriving on scene Engine 15 was returned to service due to 29 crews knocking down the fire before it spread. 

-January 3rd 23:28
Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched to assist Moscow on a possible structure fire. Chief 7 arrived on scene reporting nothing showing, and held all other units at their station as Tanker 7 and Chief 7 investigated. All units were placed back into service after the investigation resulting in no fire found.  

-January 1st 2:00
Crews of Station 15 started the new year of very early! Rescue 15 was dispatched to the interstate where a car had spun off the road. After dispatch State Police placed us back into service.
