Hydraulic tools were deployed to extricate the driver. Rescue 7, Penn 5 and FP22 assisted on scene.

Chief and Brush 15 responded to Hillcrest Road (ROARING BROOK) for a tree and wires down on the roadway. PPL was notified...but due to a high call volume they could not give an ETA. Brush crew set  barrier warning cones around the wires and blocked the roadway.
