#30     Feb 17     10:38          Mutual Aid- Fire

Tanker 15 responded to Hillside Park (MADISONVILLE) ,Engine 15 was on standby at station for a fire reported in a mobile home. Command canceled our units when the small fire under the trailer was extinguished.

#17     Jan 29     16:15          Motor Vehicle Accident

Rescue 15 responded to Route 590 (ROARING BROOK) in very snowy conditions for a one vehicle accident. Rescue crew set up a safety zone and traffic control.

#03     Jan 11     15:35          Activated Alarm

Station 15 was dispatched to St. Gregory's Academy...Griffin Road (ELMHURST) for an activated alarm. Chief 15 arrived and determined it was dust from a limestone grinding project in the building. All responding units were canceled.

#49     Mar 18     15:24          Motor Vehicle Accident

Rescue 15 responded to Rte 435/Rte 348 intersection for a one vehicle MVA.  The care went through a previously damage guiderail and into the embankment. EMS obtained a patient refusal. R15 provided scene safety/traffic control during towing company operations.

Station 15 was dispatched to Jonslea Lane (ROARING BROOK) for an activated residential fire alarm. Chief 15 arrived and confirmed an accidental alarm caused by cooking. All units were placed back in service.

Rescue 15 was dispatched to assist Jefferson Fire for a vehicle stuck in  the carwash on Mt. Cobb Road. Command 29 canceled our Rescue while we were preparing to respond.

#25     Feb 10     19:34          Fire

Engine & Rescue 15 responded to Rte 435/Elmhurst Reservoir area (ELMHURST) for a possible brush fire. Investigation found ATV riders who had a campfire to dry their wet clothes. Chief and crew assisted the ATV riders and then extinguished the fire.

#14     Jan 25     06:43          MVA

CH 15-2 on scene reported a one vehicle Motor Vehicle vs. Telephone Pole with no injuries, no need for fire apparatus. PSP and tow operator arrived and handled scene.

#21     Feb 10     10:27          Open Burn

Engine & Rescue 15 responded to the area of Rte 435/Elmhurst Reservoir (ELMHURST) for a report of a possible brush fire.  Investigation found a small group of ATV riders with a campfire to dry their clothes before continuing their ride. After assisting them, the fire was extinguished.

Engine 15 relocated to Station 6 Headquarters (DUNMORE) while they operated on a structure fire at Serafina Restauraunt on Drinker Street. Engine 15 later moved to the scene to assist with packing of hose on the scene.

Station 15 with Sta. 7,14,&56 were dispatched to Gardner Road (ROARING BROOK) for an activated commercial alarm system. CH 15, upon arrival found an accidental trip caused by maintenance work in the building. All units were returned to service.

Engine 15 was dispatched, then canceled, for an activated residential fire alarm on Sunrise Blvd (MOSCOW). Contractor dust at scene caused alarm activation.

Rescue 15 responded to Route 307 (ROARING BROOK) for a car vs. deer accident. Rescue 15 established a safety zone. Commonwealth 45 transported on patient.

#16     Jan 28     09:29          Motor Vehicle Accident-Bus

Rescue 15 responded to Interstate 84S for a charter bus accident with entrapment. R15 crew arrived to find a truck tire had crashed through the bus windshield and caused the driver to be pinned by the steering wheel and front end damage. Hydraulic tools were deployed to extricate the driver. Rescue 7, Penn 5 and FP22 assisted on scene.

Station 15 was responded for an activated residential fire alarm on Devonshire Drive (ROARING BROOK). Chief 15 arrived and investigated. Homeowner reported there had been issues with the alarm recently. All units returned to service.

Rescue 15 responded, but was canceled enroute, for an accident on Rte 690 (MOSCOW). Chief 15 was on scene, assuming Command.

Station 15 dispatched, but immediately canceled for a residential alarm on Appletree Road (MOSCOW). Proper passcode was received by Comm Center- a contractor working on scene accidentally set off the alarm.

Engine 15 was dispatched for an Activated Fire Alarm on Main Street (MOSCOW). Comm Center reported proper passcode received for an accidental alarm. E15 returned to service

#32     Feb 18      12:19          Motor Vehicle Accident

Rescue 15 responded to Interstate 84 6W (ROARINGBROOK) for a Logging Truck rollover with load spilled on the highway. All Westbound lanes blocked. Rescue crew worked with Rescue 29-Jefferson on containing a fuel leak, scene safety.

Engine 15 was dispatched for an activated fire alarm at the Liberty Travel Plaza (JEFFERSON). Command 29 reported smoke from a fryer caused an accidental alarm and returned all units.

Engine and Tanker 15 were placed on standby at our station while Chief 7 investigated an alarm on Church Street (MOSCOW). Determined to be an accidental alarm, all units returned to service.

Station 15 crew responded to Donny Drive (ROARING BROOK) to assist EMS 7 with a lift assist. Crew helped with patient packaging and transfer to the ambulance.

Engine & Tanker 15 responded to Lake Drive, Big Bass Lake (GOULDSBORO) for a working structure fire. E15 was assigned to operation on the rear side of the building. T15 provided water supply.

Engine 15 responded to Academy Street (MOSCOW) for an activated fire alarm. Command 7 investigated and determined it was a cooking incident. Our Engine was returned to our station on standby, then released,  while 7 crew ventilated.

Rescue 15 responded to Route 307 for a reported vehicle rollover. Chief 15 arrived and determined it was in area 6, DUNMORE.  Rescue 15 established a safety zone. Penn Med removed the patient from confinement with Ch 15. Dunmore apparatus arrived and assumed command

Rescue 15 responded to Willow Street (MOSCOW) for a two car crash. While enroute, R15 was diverted to a tractor trailer rollover on the Interstate

Engine 15 responded to Highview Terrace (JEFFERSON) for an activated residential fire alarm. Command canceled our unit while standing by nearby.

Station 15 and Mutual Aid Structure Box companies responded to West Street (ELMHURST) for a possible structure fire. It was determined to be a microwave fire. Situation was controlled by first unit on scene. All units returned to service.

Chief 15 responded to Old State Road for a residence with a foot of water in the basement. Sump pump was placed into service for the homeowner.

#57     Apr 02     19:00          Tanker Drill-Training

Station 15 initiated a training Tanker Drill at St. Eulalia's Parish Complex (ROARING BROOK). Participating companies were from Sta. 7, 53, 55, & 56.

#35     Feb 24     19:05          Tree on Roadway

Station 15 was dispatched for a tree blocking the roadway on Blue Shutters Road (ROARING BROOK). While the crew was assembling at the station, Chief 15 reported from the scene that it was a small branch that he cleared. Station 15 was placed back in service.

Chief and Brush 15 responded to Hillcrest Road (ROARING BROOK) for a tree and wires down on the roadway. PPL was notified...but due to a high call volume they could not give an ETA. Brush crew set  barrier warning cones around the wires and blocked the roadway.

Rescue 15 responded to Blue Shutters Road at Berry Hill Road (ROARING BROOK)  for a one car crash. No injuries....Rescue crew established a safety zone/detour, applied absorbent and cleared the roadway with the Road Dept. and Towing company.

Engine 15 responded with a crew of 6 to Jubilee Road (MADISONVILLE) for a Chimney Fire.

Engine and Tanker 15 responded to Rte 307 (SPRINGBROOK) for a report of smoke coming from the roof. Upon arrival, units worked a chimney fire spread to the roof decking. Tanker 15 provided water supply to Engine 53, Engine crew assisted at structure operations.

Engine & Tanker 15 were dispatched to Evergreen Drive (SPRINGBROOK) for an activated residential fire alarm. Command 53 reported a false activation and returned all units to service.

Rescue 15 responded to Route 307 (ROARING BROOK) for a one car crash with confinement. Rescue crew opened the vehicle and established a safety zone for towing operations.

Rescue 15 responded to Buckingham Street (ELMHURST) for a transformer fire. Crew established a safety zone until PPL arrived.

Engine and Tanker 15, with 7-9 & Tanker 7 responded to West Street (ELMHURST) for a keypad activation of a residential alarm system. Units arrived to find an accidental trip caused by contractor work on scene.

Engine and Tanker 15 were dispatched, then asked to standby at our station while Station 29 investigated an activated residential alarm on Charles Road (JEFFERSON). Command canceled our units when it was determined to be a faulty detector.

Station 15 was dispatched for an activated residential fire alarm on Circle Drive (ROARING BROOK). Lt. 15 reported a false activation caused by shower and returned all units to service.​​

Engine 15 responded to Hamlin HIghway (JEFFERSON) on a cellar pumping detail during a severe rainstorm

Rescue 15 responded to Interstate 84 (ROARING BROOK) for a vehicle into the woods. Rescue crew used hydraulic rescue tools to remove a door and assisted EMS with patient packaging.

Rescue 15 responded to Route 348 (ROARING BROOK) for a one car crash. There were no injuries on scene. R15 crew established a safety zone and traffic control for the towing company.

Engine and Tanker 15 responded to Hillside Park (MADISONVILLE) for a structure fire. Engine crew established a RIT team, Tanker was on standby on scene for water supply.

Tanker 15 was dispatched to the WB Scranton Int. Airport (Moosic) for an inbound plane with problems. Command had all units hold...plane reported on the ground, assessing the situation. All units returned to service.

Rescue 15 responded to Rte. 307 (ROARING BROOK) for a one vehicle MVA into the woods. R15 crew established scene safety until towing company and State Police took over scene.

Engine and Tanker 15 responded to Spring Hill Road (MADISONVILLE) to assist at a working  barn fire. Engine and Tanker established a port-a-pond drafting operation and supplied water to the attack engines at the scene. E15 provided manpower for the fire attack and salvage operations.
